No Return and Refund Policy

-Hautecouturebysweety.in refund will be credited to The same mode of payment within 5 working days after approval

-We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, and your exchange will be processed and will be delivered with-in 7-10 days.

Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

-All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

FIT & SIZE
Kindly refer to our standard size chart for a better understanding of the body measurements that fit you best. Fit variant depends on the cut and style respectively. Each garment has an ease of at least 3-4 inches overall in addition to the measurements on the size chart for a comfortable fit.
Bespoke outfits shall be made according to the measurements provided by the customer. If the fit varies due to inaccurate measurements provided to us, alterations will be chargeable henceforth

COLOR VARIATIONS
Product images throughout the website are subject to slight colour variations. Images on the screen may appear negligibly different in terms of tones and shades of the actual product. Imperfections in the fabric or print/colour/dye may occur due to natural processes in most cases and manual in some, which do not fall under QC fails or rejects.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Product will be eligible for return within 1 working days after delivery.
