We offer made-to-order and ready-to-wear ethnic apparel including sarees, lehengas, gowns, and other designer pieces.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Colors and embellishments may vary slightly due to photography and lighting.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We accept payments through secure payment gateways including Razorpay and other UPI-enabled services.
For international orders, additional taxes or customs charges may apply, which must be borne by the customer.
4. Order Processing and Confirmation
Orders will be confirmed via email after successful payment.
Haute Couture by Sweety reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually processed within the estimated timeframe mentioned on the product page.
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
As our products are handcrafted and often customized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to approval.
Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Haute Couture by Sweety. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
